摘要
装配式建筑施工风险评价过程中,评价指标体系可靠与否直接影响到了评价结果的准确性。介于此,对装配式建筑施工风险评价指标体系展开研究。首先,对前人的研究进行梳理,总结研究中存在的不足;其次,对装配式建筑施工风险影响因素识别,将风险归纳总结为了人的风险、物的风险、技术风险、管理风险、环境风险5大类;最后,在参考相关文献并听取专家建议基础上,建立了较为科学完善的评价指标体系,并采用改进的0-6评分法计算各指标的综合权重,进行了相对重要性排序。本次研究针对性较强,具有一定的参考与应用价值。
In the process of risk evaluation of prefabricated building construction,the reliability of the evaluation index system directly affects the accuracy of the evaluation results.In this,the risk evaluation index system of prefabricated building construction is studied.Firstly,the deficiencies of previous studies are summarized.Secondly,the risk factors of prefabricated construction are identified,and the risk is summarized for human risk,material risk,technical risk,management risk and environmental risk.Finally,on the basis of relevant literature and listening to experts'suggestions,a more scientific and perfect evaluation index system is established,the improved 0-6 scoring method is used to calculate the comprehensive weight of each index and rank the relative importance.This research is highly targeted and has certain reference and application value.
