Nano-TiO_(2)流体涂覆换热器表面对空调器性能影响研究

摘要 通过对换热器铝箔翅片表面上涂覆Nano-TiO_(2)流体的工艺研究,并对采用换热器表面涂覆的空调器性能进行实验分析,结果表明:进行冷热冲击实验、淋雨实验、盐雾实验等加速老化实验测试,涂覆纳米二氧化钛的的换热器翅片表面形成了一层保护膜,此涂层表面具有荷叶效应,亲水性好且不衰减,不易沾染灰尘等脏物。在同工况条件下进行焓差性能测试,换热器涂覆Nano-TiO_(2)涂层材料与普通的空调器进行实验测试对比,结果是涂有纳米二氧化钛的换热器的空调比普通的性能高。结论是验证了涂有Nano-TiO_(2)能保证换热器高效换热。 Through the research on the production process of coating Nano-TiO_(2) fluid on the surface of the heat exchanger aluminum foil fin,and the performance of the air conditioner coated with the heat exchanger surface,the results show that:cold and heat shock experiments,rain experiments,Salt spray experiment and other accelerated aging experiment tests,the surface of the heat exchanger fin coated with nano-titanium dioxide forms a protective film.The surface of this coating has a lotus leaf effect,is hydrophilic and does not attenuate,and is not easy to be contaminated with dust,etc.Dirt.The enthalpy difference performance test was carried out under the same working conditions.The heat exchanger coated with Nano-TiO_(2) coating material was compared with the ordinary air conditioner.The air conditioner of the heat exchanger coated with nano titanium dioxide has higher performance than ordinary air conditioners.The conclusion is to verify that coating with Nano-TiO_(2) can ensure efficient heat transfer of the heat exchanger.
