燕山红玉肉鸡体重预测模型以及与体尺最优回归方程的建立

Establishment of body weight prediction model and optimal regression equation with body size for Yanshan Hongyu broilers

试验旨在研究燕山红玉肉鸡生长发育规律,探究体重与体尺指标之间的关系。试验选取体重相近、发育正常的1日龄燕山红玉雏鸡200只,公、母各半,饲养至20周龄。每次测量数据时分别从公母鸡中随机选择30只,第一个月每周称一次体重,之后每月测量一次体重、体尺指标。试验结束后,对燕山红玉公母鸡0~20周龄体重进行显著性分析,绘制体重散点图,添加趋势线,建立回归模型,获得拟合度最高的回归方程;同时对燕山红玉肉鸡8~20周龄龄体尺指标进行显著性分析,对体重及5项体尺进行相关分析和逐步线性回归分析。结果显示,公鸡4~20周龄体重极显著大于母鸡(P<0.01)。燕山红玉肉鸡体重基本呈直线式增长,8周龄是生长拐点。体重(y)与周龄(x)之间的最优回归模型为公鸡:y=0.1439x^(2)+174.31x-128.12,相关系数(R^(2))为0.9891;母鸡:y=-0.022x^(2)+135.78x-66.781,R^(2)为0.9921,拟合度较好。8~20周龄公鸡各项体尺指标均极显著大于母鸡(P<0.01)。体斜长、胸宽和胸深与燕山红玉体重相关系数较大,胸宽和胸围是对燕山红玉肉鸡体重影响较大的体尺指标。研究表明,1月龄前燕山红玉肉鸡生长发育缓慢,2~3月龄生长发育迅速。生长阶段、性别不同,燕山红玉肉鸡各体尺指标与体重的相关程度也不同。

The experiment was conducted to study the growth and development of Yanshan Hongyu broilers and to explore the relationship between body weight and body size.Two hundred one-day-old Yanshan Hongyu chicks with similar body weight and normal development were selected,half male and half female,and kept until 20 w of age.Thirty cocks and hens were randomly selected for each measurement.Weight was measured weekly for the first month,and then weight and body size were measured monthly.After the experiment,the body weight of Yanshan Hongyu cocks and hens aged from 0~20 w was analyzed,the scatter plot of body weight was drawn,the trend line was added,the regression model was established,and the regression equation with the highest degree of fit was obtained.At the same time,the significance analysis of body size indexes of Yanshan Hongyu broilers from 8 to 20 weeks of age,the correlation analysis and stepwise linear regression analysis of body weight and five body sizes were carried out.The results showed that the body weight of cocks at 4 to 20 weeks of age was extremely higher than that of hens(P<0.01).The body weight of Yanshan Hongyu broilers increased linearly,and 8 weeks of age was the inflection point.The optimal regression model between body weight(y)and week age(x)was y=0.1439x^(2)+174.31x-128.12,and the correlation coefficient(R^(2))=0.9891.Hen was y=-0.022x^(2)+135.78x-66.781,R^(2)=0.9921,good fit.All body size indexes of cocks aged from 8 to 20 weeks were extremely higher than those of hens(P<0.01).Body oblique length,chest width and chest depth were significantly correlated with body weight of Yanshan Hongyu broilers,and chest width and chest circumference were body size indexes that had a great influence on body weight of Yanshan Hongyu broilers.The study indicates that the growth and development of Yanshan Hongyu broilers are slow before one month old and rapid at 2~3 months old.With different growth stages and genders,the correlation between body size indexes and body weight of Yanshan Hongyu broilers is different.
