吞咽训练指导在甲状腺癌术后应用的意义分析

Analysis of the significance of swallowing training after thyroid cancer surgery

目的分析吞咽训练指导对甲状腺癌术后患者的应用意义。方法60例甲状腺癌术后患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组患者应用常规康复方案,试验组患者在对照组基础上采取吞咽训练指导。比较两组患者康复效果及围手术期疲劳状况、生活质量、瘢痕分级、焦虑和抑郁情况。结果试验组患者围手术期疲劳评分(3.50±0.61)分及瘢痕分级(1.20±0.52)级均低于对照组的(5.80±0.78)分、(2.27±0.79)级,生活质量评分(64.50±7.17)分高于对照组的(41.10±5.70)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者焦虑自评量表评分(48.90±6.31)分及抑郁自评量表评分(41.85±6.31)分均低于对照组的(53.40±9.32)、(49.90±7.35)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者总有效率93.33%高于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吞咽训练指导在甲状腺癌术后患者中的康复效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the significance of swallowing training after thyroid cancer surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients with thyroid cancer after surgery were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation program,and the experimental group was treated with swallowing training based on the control group.The rehabilitation effect,perioperative fatigue,quality of life,scar grading,anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results Perioperative fatigue score of(3.50±0.61)points and scar grading of(1.20±0.52)grades in the experimental group were lower than those of(5.80±0.78)points and(2.27±0.79)grades in the control group;the quality of life score of(64.50±7.17)points in the experimental group was higher than that of(41.10±5.70)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Self-rating anxiety scale score of(48.90±6.31)points and self-rating depression scale score of(41.85±6.31)points in the experimental group were lower than those of(53.40±9.32)and(49.90±7.35)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 93.33%in the experimental group was higher than that of 40.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Swallowing training is effective in the rehabilitation of patients with thyroid cancer after surgery,and is worthy of promotion.
