注塑模表面齿形花纹结构加工工艺的设计优化 被引量:1

摘要 汽车控制面板的旋钮开关是人机交互界面不可或缺的操作零件,为了兼顾外观造型美感和开关实用性,旋钮零件表面一般设计成齿形花纹结构并采用电镀工艺。以汽车空调面板某电镀旋钮零件为例,分析介绍了旋钮零件结构特征、注塑模具结构设计及抽芯滑块表面齿形花纹采用分体式加工工艺的特点等,并针对该旋钮零件表面齿形花纹结构采用分体式加工工艺存在的不足和问题进行深入分析,根据实际情况结合零件结构特征及模具设计要求,通过采用嵌入式的拆镶方式,设计了基于组合加工方式的注塑模具及抽芯滑块结构,并详细介绍了该旋钮模具组合加工工艺的操作步骤和方法以及相应优势的对比分析。通过与分体式加工工艺对比分析可知,该组合加工工艺只需在一次装夹中即可完成旋钮滑块组合件表面齿形花纹结构的加工,显著提高了模具工件的加工效率和精度,且成本较低。该组合加工方法对于改善此类模具表面齿形花纹结构的加工质量、提升加工效率、降低加工成本具有实际指导意义和借鉴价值。 The knob switch of automobile control panel is an indispensable operating part of human-computer interaction interface.In order to give consideration to the aesthetic feeling of appearance and the practicability of switch,the surface of knob parts is generally designed with tooth pattern structure and electroplating process.Taking an electroplated knob part of automobile air conditioner panel as an example,the structural characteristics of the knob part,the structural design of the injection mould and the characteristics of the split processing technology for the tooth pattern on the surface of the core-pulling slider,etc.were analyzed and introduced,and the shortcomings and problems existing in the split processing technology for the tooth pattern structure on the surface of the knob part were deeply analyzed.According to the actual situation,combined with the structural characteristics of the part and the requirements of mould design,the injection mould and the core-pulling slider structure based on the combined processing mode were designed by adopting the embedded dismantling and inserting mode,and the operation steps and methods of the combined processing technology of the knob mould were introduced in detail,as well as the comparative analysis of advantages.Through comparative analysis with the split processing technology,it can be seen that the combined machining technology can complete the machining of the tooth pattern structure on the surface of the knob slider assembly only in one clamping,which significantly improves the machining efficiency and accuracy of the die workpiece,and the cost is low.This combined machining method has practical guiding significance and reference value for improving the machining quality,improving machining efficiency and reducing machining cost of tooth pattern structure on this kind of die surface.
