在中国式现代化进程中推进乡村治理是对马克思主义治理理论的中国化时代化发展,是对新时代社会主要矛盾和以人民为中心理念的回应与践行,有利于推进农村融合发展,促进全体人民共同富裕。当前,乡村治理中国式现代化存在一些困境,主要体现在制度不完善、治理效果不佳、人才队伍不健全、文化环境不佳、社会资源匮乏等方面。为此,乡村治理中国式现代化要以制度建设夯实基础,以村级自治组织增效完善组织保障,以人才教育增强动力,以舆论宣传塑造内在支撑,以社会资源介入探索共赢方案。

Promoting rural governance in the process of Chinese path to modernization is the development of Marxist governance theory in a Chinese era,the response and practice of the main social contradictions and the people centered concept in the new era,which is conducive to promoting the integrated development of rural areas and promoting the common prosperity of all people.At present,there are some difficulties in Chinese path to modernization of rural governance,which are mainly reflected in the imperfect system,poor governance effect,imperfect talent team,poor cultural environment,and lack of social resources.For this reason,the Chinese path to modernization of rural governance should consolidate the foundation with system construction,improve the organizational guarantee with the efficiency of village level autonomous organizations,enhance the motivation with talent education,shape the internal support with public opinion,and explore win-win solutions with social resources.
