摘要 为提高骨架密封圈外径尺寸和边缘缺陷的检测效率,降低检测人员的劳动强度和漏检率,研究一种基于机器视觉原理的检测装置,在分析密封圈质量要求的基础上对检测装置进行总体设计。依据密封圈的结构形状和尺寸精度要求,设计检测装置的硬件结构,光学系统的硬件主要包括BaslerCCD相机、OPTO远心镜头、OPT照明光源等。采用白色LED光源的背光照明方式获取密封圈轮廓形状,利用CCD相机和远心镜头作为图像传感器采集密封圈图像轮廓特征。利用HexSight视觉软件对密封圈图像进行灰度化处理、噪声滤除和二值化处理等步骤,以完成图像处理和分析,通过质心提取和边缘角点提取等步骤完成检测。结果表明:该检测装置能准确判断密封圈的尺寸精度,检测精度可达0.23 mm;边缘缺陷能被准确识别,其识别率能达到检测要求。 In order to improve the detection efficiency of the outer diameter size and edge defects of the skeleton sealing ring,and reduce the labor intensity and missed detection rate of the detection personnel,a detection device based on the principle of machine vision is studied,and the overall design of the detection device is completed based on the analysis of the quality requirements of the sealing ring.According to the structural shape and dimensional accuracy requirements of the sealing ring,the hardware structure of the detection device is designed.The hardware of the optical system mainly includes Basler CCD cameras,OPTO lenses,OPT lighting sources and so on.The contour shape of the sealing ring is obtained by usingwhite LED light source backlight illumination method,and the image contour features of the sealing ring are collected by using a CCD camera and a high-definition lens as image sensors.The HexSight visual software is used to complete image processing and analysis through grayscale processing,noise filtering,and binarization of the seal ring image,and the detection is completed through centroid extraction and edge corner extraction.The results shows that by using the detection device,the dimensional accuracy of the sealing ring can be accurately judged with a detection accuracy of 0.23 mm,edge defects can be accurately identified,and the recognition rate can meet the detection requirements.
