广东省高职院校创新创业教育高质量发展研究

Research on the High-quality Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangdong Province

高职院校开展“双创教育”是提升技术技能人才培育质量的有效途径。对27所广东省大学生创新创业教育示范高职院校开展“双创教育”情况进行调研发现,这些院校形成了成立专门机构、设立专项资金、定期开展教师培训、创业类课程体系相对完善、建立校内外基地平台等主要做法和特点,但也还存在学生层面创新创业意识不强、课程设置不合理、专业数量相对较少、平台配套不全、整体投入不足等问题。为此,各高职院校需要引导学生树立正确的“双创”理念、加强“双创教育”课程体系建设、提升“双创教育”教师整体素质、打造具有全链条孵化功能的校内外实践平台。

Carrying out"entrepreneurship and innovation education"in vocational colleges is an effective way to improve the quality of cultivating technical and skilled talents.Through a survey of the implementation of"entrepreneurship and innovation education"in 27 demonstration vocational colleges for innovation and entrepreneurship education among college students in Guangdong Province,it was found that the main practices and characteristics are the establishment of specialized institutions,the establishment of special funds,regular teacher training,a relatively complete entrepreneurship curriculum system,and the establishment of internal and external base platforms.In response to the problems of weak innovation and entrepreneurship awareness at the student level,unreasonable curriculum settings,a relatively small number of majors,incomplete platform support,and insufficient overall investment,various vocational colleges need to guide students to establish the correct concept of"innovation and entrepreneurship",strengthen the construction of the"innovation and entrepreneurship education"curriculum system,improve the overall quality of"innovation and entrepreneurship education"teachers,and create a campus and external practice platform with a full chain incubation function.
