斜拉桥主塔弧形隔板横梁支架设计与施工 被引量:1

摘要 以桑园子黄河大桥为分析样本,根据分幅联塔斜拉桥主塔弧形隔板横梁的设计特点,通过有限元软件分析与理论计算相结合的方法,研究了弧形隔板横梁支架系统在工作状态、非工作状态下的稳定性和安全性。结合传统斜拉桥横梁支架设计施工经验,对分幅联塔斜拉桥弧形隔板横梁支架系统的设计与施工进行了详细描述。结果表明,采用扇形管桩支架与多节点排架相结合的支架系统设计具有较好的安全性、稳定性以及经济性,能更好地适应弧形隔板横梁的不规则线型,能够有效确保施工质量和安全。 With Sangyuanzi Yellow River Bridge as the engineering background,according to the design characteristics of the arc-shaped clapboard beam of the main tower of the split-pared cable-stayed bridge,the stability and safety of the arc-shaped clapboard beam support system under working and non-working conditions are studied by the method of finite element software analysis and theoretical calculation.Combined with the experience of traditional cable-stayed bridge beam support design and construction,the design and construction of the arc partition beam support system of the split-pylon cable-stayed bridge are described in detail.The results show that the design of bracket system with fan-shaped pipe pile bracket and multi-node bracket has better safety,stability and economy,and can better adapt to the irregular shape of arc-shaped partition beam,and effectively ensure the construction quality and safety.
