腹腔镜下子宫腹直肌悬吊术治疗子宫脱垂的临床疗效及对患者生命质量的影响

Clinical efficacy of laparoscopic rectus suspension for uterine prolapse and effect on quality of life

目的探讨采用腹腔镜下子宫腹直肌悬吊术治疗子宫脱垂患者的临床疗效及对患者QOL评分的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2020年4月本院收治的96例子宫脱垂患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为两组,每组48例。观察组给予腹腔镜下子宫腹直肌悬吊术,对照组采用传统阴式子宫切除术,比较两组临床疗效、子宫脱垂程度评分、疼痛评分及生命质量。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的70.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组子宫脱垂程度评分、疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组生理功能、总体健康评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论采用腹腔镜下子宫腹直肌悬吊术治疗子宫脱垂疗效显著,可缓解患者病情,改善生命质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic uterine rectus abdominis suspension in the treatment of patients with uterine prolapse and its influence on quality of life(QOL)scores.Methods A total of 96 patients with uterine prolapse admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to April 2020 were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The observation group was given laparoscopic hysterectomy of rectus abdominis and the control group was given traditional vaginal hysterectomy.The clinical efficacy,uterine prolapse degree score,pain score and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than 70.83%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the uterine prolapse degree score and pain score of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,physiological function and overall health scores of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups.Conclusion Laparoscopic uterine rectus abdominis suspension is effective in the treatment of uterine prolapse,which can alleviate the condition of patients and improve the quality of life,it is worthy of clinical application.
