多床式瓦斯热逆流氧化装置陶瓷床设计方法及关键参数研究

摘要 针对多床式热逆流氧化装置陶瓷床的设计难题,基于蓄热式换热器的设计计算方法,形成了一套多床式热逆流氧化装置陶瓷床的设计计算方法,研究了燃烧室温度、进气甲烷浓度下限值和进气流速3个关键参数的影响。陶瓷床所需蓄热体体积随燃烧室温度设定值的升高和进气甲烷浓度下限值的降低而升高。随进气流速增加,所需蓄热体体积逐渐减少,但蓄热体的高度线性增加。综合考虑投资及运行成本确定了一组设计参数,即燃烧室温度设定为900℃,进气甲烷浓度下限值设定为0.25%,进气流速设定为2 m/s。经设计计算,原料气处理量为10万m^(3)/h的五床式热逆流氧化装置,5个陶瓷床共需要使用蓄热体97.75 m^(3),蓄热体高度为1.85 m。 Aiming at the design of the ceramic bed of the multibed thermal flow-reversal reactor(TFRR),based on the design method of the regenerative heat exchanger,a set of design methods of the ceramic bed of the TFRR have been formed.The effects of three key parameters,the combustion chamber temperature,the lower limit of the feed methane concentration and the intake flow rate,were studied.The volume of ceramic required for the ceramic bed increases with increasing temperature setting of the combustion chamber and decreasing lower limit of the feed methane concentration.With the increase in the intake flow rate,the required volume of the ceramic gradually decreases,but the height of the ceramic increases linearly.Considering the investment and operating cost comprehensively,a set of design parameters were determined,namely,the combustion chamber temperature was set to 900℃,the lower limit of the feed methane concentration was set to 0.25%,and the intake flow rate was set to 2 m/s.According to the design method,a five-bed TFRR with a treatment capacity of 100000 m^(3)/h needs a total of 97.75 m^(3)of ceramic for the five beds,and the height of the ceramic bed is 1.85 m.
