参蛹精杞含片缓解体力疲劳作用实验研究

摘要 为了探究参蛹精杞含片(ShenYongJingQi lozenge,SYJQ)的缓解体力疲劳作用和机制,将雄性昆明小鼠分为正常对照组、阳性对照组、参蛹精杞含片低剂量组[2.9 g/(kg·bw)]、中剂量组[5.8 g/(kg·bw)]和高剂量组[11.6g/(kg·bw)],通过力竭游泳实验以及测定疲劳相关生化指标,评价参蛹精杞含片对小鼠体力疲劳的影响。研究发现,与正常对照组相比,参蛹精杞含片能延长力竭游泳时间,增加肌糖原(Muscle Glycogen,MG)、肝糖原(Liver Glycogen,LG)储备量和乳酸脱氢酶(Lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)活力,降低乳酸(Lactic acid,LA)、血尿素氮(Blood Urea Nitrogen,BUN)含量及肌酸激酶(Creatine Kinase,CK)活力。结果表明:参蛹精杞含片表现出缓解体力疲劳作用,可为开发具有缓解体力疲劳功能的保健产品提供依据。 To study the anti-fatigue effect of ShenYongJingQi lozenge(SYJQ).The experiment randomly divided the mice normal control group,positive control group,SYJQ lozenge low-dose group(2.9 g/kg·bw),middle-dose group(5.8 g/kg·bw)and high-dose group(11.6 g/kg·bw).Exhaustive swimming test and fatigue related biochemical indexes were selected to evaluate the effect of lozenge on physical fatigue in mice.The study found that compared with the control group,SYJQ lozenge can prolong exhausted swimming time,increase muscle glycogen(MG),liver glycogen(LG)reserves and the activity of lactate dehydrogenase,reduce the content of lactic acid(LA)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN),it could also decrease the activity of creatine kinase.The results showed that SYJQ lozenge has an effect of anti-fatigue and can provide basis for the development of health food with anti-fatigue function.
