浅析铸造行业多品种小批量生产模式的多约束条件排产

Analysis on the Multi-constraint Scheduling of Multi-variety and Small-batch Production Mode in Casting Industry

随着铸造行业市场竞争的加剧,对企业生产的技术能力、产品质量等要求越来越高,许多铸造企业的生产模式转化为多品种小批量生产,该模式下生产的产品种类多、批量小、生产中存在的的工艺变更多,导致生产计划执行的有效性变差,这种生产模式的特点给生产计划的制定带来一定的复杂性。本文通过分析铸造行业多品种小批量生产计划制定的几个重要约束条件,如:交货日期、客户等级、关键工序生产能力等,提出了以多约束条件的限制计划排产,可以提高生产计划制定的准确性,使生产资源使用最大化,提高客户满意度。

With the intensification of market competition in the foundry industry,the requirements for technical ability and product quality of enterprise production are getting higher and higher.The production mode of many foundry enterprises is transformed into multi-variety and small-batch production.In this mode,there are many kinds of products,small batches and many process changes,which leads to the poor efficiency of production plan execution.The characteristics of this production mode bring some complexity to the production planning.This paper analyzes several important constraints of multi-variety and small-batch production planning in foundry industry,such as delivery date,customer grade,production capacity of key processes,etc.,and puts forward the restriction plan scheduling with multiple constraints,which can improve the accuracy of production planning,maximize the use of production resources,and improve customer satisfaction.
