活血消肿补骨汤对老年股骨近端骨折手术患者的影响

Effect of Huoxue Xiaozhong Bugu Decoction in the Treatment of Proximal Femoral Fracture Surgery

目的 分析活血消肿补骨汤治疗老年股骨近端骨折手术患者的效果。方法 选择2019年1月—2021年6月就诊的老年股骨近端骨折患者76例,按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各38例。均接受防旋髓内钉内固定术,对照组术后接受常规治疗,观察组术后加用活血消肿补骨汤治疗。对比2组髋关节功能、疼痛程度、功能障碍程度、骨代谢指标。结果 观察组髋关节功能恢复优良率比对照组高,骨折愈合时间比对照组短(P<0.05);观察组术后6个月Harris评分与血清BLAP、OC水平比对照组高,VAS评分、ODI指数与血清β-CTX水平比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论 防旋髓内钉内固定术后加用活血消肿补骨汤可促进老年股骨近端骨折患者髋关节功能恢复,降低功能障碍程度、疼痛程度,改善骨代谢水平。

Objective To analyze the effect of Huoxue Xiaozhong Bugu decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with proximal femoral fracturesurgery.Methods Seventy-six elderly patients with proximal femoral fractures from January 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 38 cases in each one,according to the random number table.All the patients were treated with anti-rotation intramedullary nail internal fixation.The control group received routine treatment after operation.The observation group was additionally treated with Huoxue Xiaozhong Bugu decoction after operation.The hip joint function,pain severity,dysfunction severity,and bone metabolism indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of hip joint functional recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the fracture healing time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Harris score and serum BLAP and OC levels of the observation group at six months after surgery were higher than those of the control group,while the VAS score,ODI index and serumβ-CTX levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of Huoxue Xiaozhong Bugu decoction after anti-rotation intramedullary nail internal fixation can promote the hip joint functional recovery of elderly patients with proximal femoral fracture,reduce the degree of dysfunction and pain,and improve bone metabolism.
