摘要
为提高数控机床群的加工效率和管理水平,对数控机床群状态监测进行研究,提出了基于物联网传输技术的状态监测方法。通过调用FOCAS库函数实现多线程数据采集,运用Spark Streaming大数据处理框架,结合Kafka等组件对采集的数据进行指标分析,采用MySQL数据库实现状态数据及数据指标的持久化。该方法能够用于对数控机床群的分散监测、集中管理和资源共享,为数控机床群的统一高效管理提供了新思路。
In order to improve the processing efficiency and management level of CNC machine tool group,the condition monitoring of CNC machine tool group is studied and a condition monitoring method based on IoT transmission technology is proposed.By calling FOCAS library functions to achieve multi-threaded data collection,it uses Spark Streaming big data processing framework.Combined with Kafka and other components,it analyzes and diagnoses the collected data for metrics in MySQL database for data persistence.The method can be effectively used for decentralized monitoring of CNC machine tool groups.It resources sharing of CNC machine tool group and provides a new idea for the unified and efficient management of CNC machine tool group.
