摘要 【目的】为解决传统农业种植、施肥、灌溉、管理粗放的生产模式,提升农业生产效率,解决劳动强度大、劳动力不足的问题,智慧农业在精细化种植管理方面的研究势在必行。【方法】笔者设计了一款智慧农业管理平台,基于物联网控制技术搭建系统,硬件云端设备采用DAMT0888型多路主控设备,数据交换采用Modbus通信协议,数据传输采用485总线手拉手传输方式;智慧平台显示方式采用多模块云组态式架构,控制台采用DO场景配置;农业主控机模块开发点位支持8路DI输入控制、8路DO输出控制、8路AI传感器信号接入,设备可拓展功能接入4块显示屏幕组建大田、大棚联合监测系统。【结果】该智慧农业系统实现了“农业环境监测+机电联动控制+信息溯源”的农业信息采集一体化,可远程监控室内外空气温湿度、二氧化碳、土壤温湿度、土壤EC值等实时数据,联动控制通风设备、遮阳电机、电磁阀浇灌、卷帘开合电机等电气设备。【结论】系统设计合理,变化曲线实时显示,监测数值实时展现;实现本地控制与联网控制同步,通过益农云、小程序和App等进行远程调控,数据以及设备状态清晰显示,通过触控屏幕操作实现了每一路电气设备的控制,每一组传感器的信息实时查看。 [Objective]In order to solve the traditional agricultural production mode of extensive planting,fertilization,irrigation,and management,improve agricultural production efficiency,and solve the problems of high labor intensity and insufficient labor,it is imperative to research smart agriculture in refined planting management.[Method]The author designed a smart agricultural management platform based on Internet of Things control technology to build a system.The hardware cloud device adopts DAMT0888 multi-channel master control device,data exchange adopts Modbus communication protocol,and data transmission adopts 485 bus hand in hand transmission method.The smart platform adopts a multi module cloud configuration architecture for display,and the console adopts DO scene configuration.The development point of the agricultural main control module supports 8-way DI input control,8-way DO output control,and 8-way AI sensor signal access.The equipment can expand its functions and access 4 display screens to form a joint monitoring system for fields and greenhouses.[Result]The intelligent agricultural system platform has realized the integrated of agricultural information collection of“agricultural environment monitoring+electromechanical linkage control+information traceability”.It can remotely monitor real-time data such as indoor and outdoor air temperature and humidity,CO2,soil temperature and humidity,soil EC value,etc.,and linkage control ventilation equipment,sunshade motors,electromagnetic valve irrigation,roller shutter opening and closing motors,and other electrical equipment.[Conclusion]The system is reasonably designed,with real-time display of change curves and real-time display of monitoring values;local control and network control are synchronised,remote regulation and control is carried out through the Yinong Cloud,mini programs and Apps,etc.Data as well as device status is clearly displayed,and the control of each electrical device is realized through touch screen operation,with real-time viewing of information from each set of sensors.
