摘要
在长距离输水工程中,有压重力流输水由于节约能源、节约投资、运行成本低等优点被越来越多地采用。随着材料科学的发展,各种管材性能优越性越来越高,管道输水成为主要形式。有压重力流输水管道受地形起伏变化影响,常常出现多起伏、高压力的特点,在管道运行过程中最突出和最常见的问题就是输水管线中的水锤防护问题。为了进一步探讨长距离重力流倒虹吸管道输水水锤防治措施,本文在总结前人理论研究的基础上,分析了水锤产生的原因,同时结合天水市城区引洮供水工程,分析了各种常用的水锤防护措施、阀门设备的选择,并通过不同工况下水力过渡过程计算,对管道系统水力设备联控操作和阀门设备启闭时间进行了探讨,可供类似工程水锤防护参考。
In long-distance water diversion projects,pressured gravity flow water transport is being increasingly applied due to its advantages of energy saving,cost efficiency and low operating costs.With the development of material science,various pipe materials with superior properties are becoming more prevalent,making pipeline water transport the main form of transportation.Pressured gravity flow water transport pipelines are often characterized by multiple ups and downs and high pressure fluctuations due to the influence of terrain.The most prominent and common problem in pipeline operation is the water hammer prevention and control problem.In order to further explore the water hammer prevention measures for long-distance gravity flow inverted siphon pipelines,this paper analyzes the causes of water hammer production based on the summary of previous theoretical research.Combined with Zhaohe River Water Diversion Project in Tianshui City,various commonly used water hammer protection measures and valve equipment selection are analyzed.By calculating the hydraulic transition process under different working conditions,the hydraulic equipment interlock operation and valve equipment opening and closing time of the pipeline system are discussed,which can serve as the reference for water hammer protection in similar projects.
