摘要
通过二步水热法合成了同时具备优异还原性和氧化性的复合光催化剂Bi_(2)WO_(6)/SrTiO_(3)。研究了在可见光下Bi_(2)WO_(6)/SrTiO_(3)复合样品对Cr(Ⅵ)的还原反应和对亚甲基蓝的氧化反应。复合催化剂20 min可以将5 mg/L的Cr(Ⅵ)几乎完全还原,将20 mg/L的亚甲基蓝完全氧化。Bi_(2)WO_(6)和SrTiO_(3)半导体匹配的禁带结构有效地削弱空穴和电子对的复合。光催化还原Cr(Ⅵ)的活性物质为光生电子,光催化氧化亚甲基蓝的活性物质为OH·和光生空穴。
A composite photocatalyst Bi_(2)WO_(6)/SrTiO_(3) with excellent reduction and oxidation properties is synthesized through a two-step hydrothermal method.The reduction of Cr(Ⅵ)and the oxidation of Methylene Blue by Bi_(2)WO_(6)/SrTiO_(3) composites under visible light are studied.The composite photocatalyst can reduce 5 mg/L Cr(Ⅵ)and completely oxidize 20 mg/L Methylene Blue within 20 min.The bandgap structure matched with Bi_(2)WO_(6) and SrTiO_(3) semiconductors effectively weakens the recombination of holes and electron pairs.The active substance of photocatalytic reduction of Cr(Ⅵ)is photogenerated electron,and the active substance of photocatalytic oxidation of Methylene Blue is OH·and photogenerated hole.
