摘要
学术不端现象诱发的舆情事件频频出现,基于研究生师生关系形成的微观学术环境不容忽视。诸多学术不端案例越来越表明,研究生培养过程当中的师生关系失序是滋生学术道德风险的重要源头之一。门阀式、学徒式、雇员式、亲子式、师友式的“导生关系”都会衍生出相应的思想层面和行为层面的学术道德问题。师生关系失序与学术道德的逻辑关联表现为导师“放养”与学生“佛系”、导师对学生过分溺爱、学生对老师“溜须拍马”、导师对学生“压榨与剥削”、师生关系的“越界”与“越轨”等。这些类型的师生关系不同程度地导致着学术不端现象发生。为有效解决师生关系带来的学术道德问题,需要将科学家精神注入,实现研究生师生关系的重建:将追求科学真理作为研究生师生关系建立的基础,将研究旨趣服务且立意于建设社会主义现代化强国;立足于科学道德与学术规范培养的常态化,强化研究生师生互动规范化的监督举措,净化科研育人生态。
Public opinion events caused by academic misconduct occur frequently,and the micro-academic environment formed based on the relationship between graduate students and teachers cannot be ignored.Many cases of academic misconduct become more and more evident.The teacher-student relationship in the training of graduate students in higher education is one of the important sources of academic moral hazard.The“Graduate Teacher-student Relationship”of families of power and influence,apprentice,employee,parent-child and teacher-friend will give rise to the corresponding academic moral problems at the ideological and behavioral levels.The logical correlation between the anomie of teacher-student relationship and academic morality is manifested as the“free breeding”of the tutor and the“Buddhism”of the student,the excessive spoiling of the tutor,the“currying favor with others”of the student to the teacher,the“exploitation and exploitation”of the tutor to the student,the“transgression”and“transgression”of the teacher-student relationship,etc.These types of teacher-student relationships lead to academic misconduct to varying degrees.In order to effectively solve the academic moral problems brought by the teacher-student relationship,it is necessary to inject the spirit of scientists and realize the reconstruction of the teacher-student relationship of graduate students:taking the pursuit of scientific truth as the basis of establishing the relationship between graduate students and teachers,and letting the research purpose serve and aim at building a modern socialist power;based on the normalization of scientific ethics and academic norms,we should strengthen the supervision measures of standardized interaction between graduate students and teachers,and purify the ecology of scientific research and education.
