摘要
【目的】蜂窝铝轻质夹芯结构是一种外层为铝板、中间为铝蜂窝芯的三明治结构。因其优良的力学特性,在航空、汽车等领域得到广泛应用。为改善蜂窝铝轻质夹芯结构的力学性能,对面外压缩性能进行研究。【方法】使用有限元模拟法探讨孔棱边长、孔壁厚度、芯板高度和面板厚度对面外压缩性能的影响。【结果】研究表明,蜂窝铝轻质夹芯结构的抗压性能随孔棱边长增加而降低,压缩性能随孔壁厚度增加而提升,面板厚度对夹芯结构压缩性能基本无影响。【结论】蜂窝铝轻质夹芯结构的面外压缩性能与孔棱边长和孔壁厚度有关,与面板厚度无关。
[Purposes]The honeycomb aluminum lightweight sandwich structure is a sandwich structure with an outer layer of aluminum plate and an aluminum honeycomb core in the middle.Due to its excellent mechanical properties,honeycomb aluminum lightweight sandwich structure has been widely used in aviation,automobile and other fields.In order to improve the mechanical properties of honeycomb aluminum sandwich structures,its out-of-plane compression performance were studied.[Methods]This study discusses the effects of hole edge length,hole wall thickness,core plate height,and panel thickness on the out-of-plane compressive performance through finite element simulation.[Findings]The research shows that the compressive performance of sandwich structures decreases with the increase of hole edge length;The compression performance of sandwich structure increases with the increase of hole wall thickness;The thickness of the panel has no effect on the compression performance and deformation process of the sandwich structure.[Conclusions]The out-of-plane compression performance of sandwich structures is related to the hole edge length and hole wall thickness,but not to the panel thickness.
