江苏省农产品冷链物流“最先一公里”发展现状及对策分析

Analysis on the Development Status and Countermeasures of"the First Kilometer"of Cold Chain Logistics for Agricultural Products in Jiangsu Province

农产品冷链物流“最先一公里”是连接农产品生产与消费的桥梁。文章首先介绍了农产品冷链物流“最先一公里”在提高产品质量、降低损耗率方面起到的重要作用;然后描述了江苏省农产品冷链物流“最先一公里”的发展现状,并从其基础设施建设、冷链物流信息化、市场主体等方面分析了江苏省农产品冷链物流“最先一公里”发展中存在的问题;最后针对现存问题提出了相应的对策,包括完善基础设施建设、加强企业信息化建设、加大资金投入力度等措施,从而促进江苏省农产品冷链物流“最先一公里”的发展。

"The first kilometer"of cold chain logistics of agricultural products is the bridge between production and consumption of agricultural products.Firstly,the important role of"the first kilometer"of agricultural cold chain logistics in improving product quality and reducing loss rate is introduced.Secondly,the development status of"the first kilometer"of agricultural products cold chain logistics in Jiangsu Province is described,and the problems existing in the development of"the first kilometer"of agricultural products cold chain logistics in Jiangsu Province are analyzed from the aspects of its infrastructure construction,cold chain logistics informatization and market participants.Finally,corresponding countermeasures are put forward to solve the existing problems,including improving infrastructure construction,strengthening enterprise information construction and increasing capital investment,so as to promote the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Jiangsu Province.
