拟除虫菊酯对昆虫神经信号通路的作用机制及其代谢抗性研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 拟除虫菊酯是一类高效、低毒、广谱的杀虫剂,被广泛应用于农业生产.研究表明,昆虫电压门控钠离子通道是拟除虫菊酯的靶标位点,γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)受体是其次级靶标,钙离子通道和氯离子通道等其他离子通道是其潜在作用位点.乙酰胆碱酯酶和ATP酶与昆虫运动行为能力直接相关,谷胱甘肽硫转移酶、细胞色素P450酶系等代谢酶系的突变与昆虫拟除虫菊酯的代谢抗性直接有关.在长期拟除虫菊酯暴露下,昆虫的生存会受到极大威胁,并对生态平衡造成潜在破坏. Pyrethroids,the high-efficiency,low-toxicity and broad-spectrum insecticides,are widely used in agricultural production.Insect voltage-gated sodium channel are the target sites of pyrethroids,GABA receptors are the secondary targets,and other ion channels such as calcium ion channels and chloride ion channels are its potential sites of action.The ACHE and ATPases are directly related to insect movement behavior,and mutations in metabolic enzymes,such as Glutathione and Cytochrome P450,are directly related to the metabolic resistance of insect pyrethroids.Under long-term exposure to pyrethroids,the survival of insects can be greatly threatened and potentially damage ecological balance.
