摘要
健美操作为一项集锻炼身体、提高柔韧性、舞蹈表演等多功能于一身的运动项目,深受广大学生喜爱。新媒体时代,高校健美操教学存在教学软硬件基础薄弱、教学内容单一以及缺乏评估和反馈环节等问题。鉴于新媒体具有丰富教学资源、提升互动体验、便于评估和反馈以及促进健美操文化传播等优势,有必要在健美操教学中充分利用新媒体对教学进程、教学内容与方法进行全面创新改革,包括完善课程设计和教学方法、加强师资培训和设施建设、健全评估和反馈机制等,以保障高校健美操教学的质量和效果,提高学生对健美操学习的兴趣。
Aerobics,as a multi-functional sport,is deeply loved by students.In the new media era,there are some problems in aerobics teaching in colleges and universities,such as weak teaching software and hardware foundation,single teaching content and lack of evaluation and feedback links.In view of the advantages of new media,such as rich teaching resources,improving interactive experience,facilitating evaluation and feedback,and promoting the spread of aerobics culture,it is necessary to make full use of new media in aerobics teaching to carry out comprehensive innovative reforms in teaching process,teaching content and methods,including improving curriculum design and teaching methods,strengthening teacher training and facilities construction,and improving evaluation and feedback mechanisms,so as to ensure the quality and effect of aerobics teaching in colleges and universities and enhance students'interest in aerobics learning.
