摘要 随着各种技术的日益成熟,技术市场应运而生,其主要为技术开发、咨询、转让、服务等提供了重要的载体。信息技术的发展给各个领域带来了影响与冲击,对技术市场管理人员的角色定位提出了新的要求。文章从技术市场管理实践中遇到的问题着手,通过分析信息化背景下技术市场管理面临的新问题,提出加强和规范技术市场管理工作策略,探讨技术市场组织者和管理者的角色定位,以及在信息化背景下如何充分发挥组织者和管理者的管理潜质,以适应信息时代需求。 With the maturing of various technologies,the technology market has emerged as the times require.It mainly provides an important carrier for technology development,consultation,transfer and service.The development of information technology has brought influence and impact to various fields,and put forward new requirements for the role positioning of technology market managers.Based on the problems encountered by the author in the practice of technology market management,this paper analyzes the new problems faced by technology market management under the background of information technology,puts forward how to strengthen and standardize the management of technology market,discusses the role orientation of technology market management organizers and managers,and discusses how to give full play to the management potential of organizers and managers under the background of information technology to meet the needs of the information age.
