航空油料储运RAMS管理体系设计与应用

摘要 由于航空油料储存、运输过程中的油料高度集中,所以需要对每一个环节设备的可靠性进行保证,减少系统设备的失效性。将可靠性、可用性、可维护性、安全性等RAMS管理思想引入到航空油料储存、运输系统中,建立航空油料储存、运输系统的RAMS管理体系,并对其在全生命周期各阶段进行管理。从RAMS管理的角度,对航空油料储存、运输系统的RAMS管理应用进行了探讨,并对RAMS在各个环节中的工作重点与难度进行了分析,以确保航空油料储存、运输系统的全生命周期的安全管理。 Due to the high concentration of aviation fuel in the storage and transportation processes,ensuring the reliability of equipment at every stage becomes essential to reduce the risk of system failures.RAMS management concepts,including reliability,availability,maintainability,and safety,are introduced into the aviation fuel storage and transportation system.A comprehensive RAMS management system is established for the aviation fuel storage and transportation system,and it is implemented throughout all stages of the system's lifecycle.From the perspective of RAMS management,the application of this system in aviation fuel storage and transportation is explored,and the focus areas and challenges at each stage are analyzed.This approach ensures the safety management of the aviation fuel storage and transportation system throughout its entire lifecycle.
