摘要
为探究入料量变化对双质体卧式振动离心机振动特性的影响,以WZYT1600双质体卧式振动离心机为研究对象,应用仿真软件,并利用多体动力学理论和拉格朗日法建立了纵向多体动力学模型,在程序中建立物料质量的分段函数,确定入料量变化时的振动位移曲线。结果表明:入料量变化对二级振动体的振幅基本无影响,一级振动体的振幅与入料量呈负相关关系。试验研究结果与分析结果一致,可见WZYT1600双质体卧式振动离心机对入料量变化适应性强。
The WZYT1600 double-mass horizontal vibrating centrifuge is taken as the object to explore the impact of variation of feed rate on its vibration characteristics.Through the use of the simulation software,building of longitudinal multibody dynamics model using multibody dynamics theory and Lagrange method,and creation of piecewise function of mass of material in program,the vibrational displacement curves are defined.Study result shows that variation of feed rate has basically no influence on the amplitude of the secondary vibrating mechanism,and the amplitude of the primary vibrating mechanism is seen to be negatively correlated with variation of feed rate.The test results are in good agreement with those obtained through analysis.It can be seen that the WZYT1600 centrifuge under study is highly adaptable to variation of feed rate.
