普通群众参与应急救护培训的意愿及影响因素的质性研究

A qualitative study on the willingness of the public to participate in emergency rescue training and its influencing factors

目的探讨分析普通群众参与应急救护培训的意愿及影响因素,为应急救护培训相关工作的开展提供参考。方法采用质性研究方法于2022年6月—2022年8月对全国30个省份共87名群众进行半结构式深入访谈,对资料进行整理、分析、归类、对照和提炼主题。结果普通群众内心期盼参与应急救护培训;普通群众参与应急救护培训的影响因素包括个人因素和外部因素。个人因素有利他主义、自身急救知识缺乏及社会责任感。外部因素包含培训机构因素、家庭需求、新闻事件报道及社会互助风气。结论普通群众期待参与应急救护培训,并且受个人因素和外部因素多方面的影响。

Objective To explore and analyze the willingness of the public to participate in emergency rescue training and the factors influencing it,so as to provide a reference for the development of emergency rescue training.Methods Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with a total of 87 people in 30 provinces from June 2022 to August 2022 using qualitative research methods,and the data were collated,analyzed,categorized,compared and refined into themes.Results The public internally expects to participate in emergency rescue training;the factors influencing the public's participation in emergency rescue training include personal and external factors.Personal factors include altruism,lack of first aid knowledge and social responsibility.External factors include training institutions,family needs,news coverage,and the social culture of mutual aid.Conclusion The public expects to participate in emergency rescue training and is influenced by various personal and external factors.
