电感耦合等离子-质谱法分析米椒果实及叶片中的镉含量

摘要 探究了宜宾区域内种植米椒的镉含量,为米椒食品安全提供技术支撑。采用电感耦合等离子-质谱法(ICP-MS)分析技术,对3种不同生长环境的25个米椒样品进行镉元素含量分析。结果表明:按米椒生长环境:远离生活区、生活区附近、企业附近这3种不同生长环境采摘的米椒果实样品的检出率分别为12.5%、33.3%、50%;米椒叶片样品检出率分别为12.5%、55.6%、62.5%;按镉元素检出部位:米椒果实样品的镉元素检出率为32%,米椒叶片样品的镉元素检出率为44%;米椒果实的镉元素最高样品含量为0.0061 mg/kg,米椒叶片的镉元素最高样品含量为0.0129 mg/kg。企业附近的样品检出率高于普通生活区附近的样品检出率,普通生活区附近的样品检出率高于远离生活区的样品检出率,说明人类生活、生产活动会促进镉元素进入土壤或水源,从而影响在其上生长的米椒样品对镉元素的富集。虽然米椒果实与叶片均检测出镉元素,但其含量均低于“食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量”(GB 2762-2017)中镉元素的限量值0.05 mg/kg,说明米椒样品未被镉污染。 In order to explore the cadmium content of rice pepper planted in Yibin and explore the food safety of rice pepper.Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS)was used to analyze the content of cadmium in 25 rice pepper samples picked in three different growth environments.The results show that:According to the growth environment of rice pepper:far away from the living area,near the living area and near the enterprise,the detection rates of rice pepper fruit samples were 12.5%,33.3%and 50%respectively.The detection rates of rice pepper leaf samples were 12.5%,55.6%and 62.5%,respectively.According to the detected parts of cadmium,the detection rate of cadmium in rice pepper fruit samples was 32%,and that in rice pepper leaves samples was 44%.The highest content of cadmium in fruits was 0.0061 mg/kg.The highest sample content of cadmium in leaves was 0.0129 mg/kg.The detection rate of samples near the enterprise is higher than that near the ordinary living area,and the detection rate of samples near the ordinary living area is higher than that far away from the living area,indicating that human life and production activities will drive cadmium into the soil or water source,thus affecting the enrichment of cadmium in the growing rice pepper samples.However,although cadmium was detected in the fruits and leaves of rice pepper,its content was lower than the limit value of cadmium in the national standard for food safety GB 2762-2017 limits of pollutants in food by 0.05 mg/kg,indicating that the samples of rice pepper were not polluted by cadmium.
