摘要
钒有特殊的物化性能,常作为一种重要的金属元素用于铁合金、钛合金、二氧化硫及一些有机物氧化用催化剂的制造。经检测确定工业硫酸废催化剂中含有6%~9%的V2O5、18%~30%的碱金属硫酸盐,及少量铁、铝化合物等。因此,从废催化剂中回收回收钒和碱金属盐,成为备受关注的热点。许多高校和催化剂生产厂家对其回收利用方面做了大量的工作,本文从催化剂浸取、浸出液净化、沉钒与精制三个方面对近年来含钒废催化剂回收利用研究作简要的综述。
With special physical and chemical properties,Vanadium is often used as an important metal element for the manufacture of iron alloys,titanium alloys and catalyst of SO2 and some organic compounds.According to the test,the industrial sulfuric acid waste catalyst contained 6%~9%vanadium pentoxide,18%~30%alkali metal sulfate,and a small amount of iron and aluminum compounds.Therefore,the recovery and utilization of vanadium and alkali metal salts from waste catalysts was a hot spot that many researchers pay close attention to.In this regard,a lot of work were done by many universities and catalyst manufacturers in the recovery and utilization of waste catalysts.The recent researches on the recovery and utilization of vanadium-containing waste catalysts was briefly reviewed from three aspects:spent catalyst leaching,leaching purification,precipitation and refining of vanadium process.
