关于党性教育干部学院办学模式的研究与思考——以浙江红船干部学院为例

A Research and Reflection on Education Modes of Party-Spirit Leadership Academies:Taking Zhejiang Redboat Executive Leadership Academy as an Example

党性教育干部学院作为干部教育培训的重要阵地,为服务党和国家事业发展大局、培养高素质干部队伍作出了积极贡献。本文以党性教育干部学院与党校合署办学模式为研究重点,对全国党性教育干部学院办学模式进行调查分析并对浙江红船干部学院办学模式进行实证研究,围绕全面深入贯彻党的二十大精神和习近平总书记关于干部教育培训的重要指示精神,提出完善办学模式的经验启示和思考建议:要厘清职能定位,从顶层设计上进一步强化规范办学;要强化要素集成,从管理运行上进一步彰显办学特色;要突出变革重塑,从办学保障上进一步推进内涵式发展。

With the important position of leadership education and training,Party-spirit leadership academy makes positive con-tributions to advancing the cause of the Party and our country and cultivating high-quality officials.This article focuses on the co-office mode of Party-spirit leadership academy and Party school,surveys and analyzes education modes of Party-spirit leadership academies nationwide,and conducts empirical research on the education mode of Zhejiang Redboat Executive Leadership Acad-emy.Focusing on comprehensive and in-depth implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC and the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on leadership education and training,this article proposes the experience of and suggestions for improving the education mode:clarifying the functional orientation and further strengthening the standard-ization of education through top-level design,strengthening the integration of elements and further highlighting the characteristics of education through management and operation,and highlighting changes and reshaping and further promoting connotative de-velopment through educational assurance.
