摘要
从历代医家经典文献出发,分析不寐与心脾的关系,总结不寐心脾两虚证的症候特征及归脾汤的中西医认识,结合运用归脾汤的病例,总结归脾汤治疗心脾两虚证不寐的诊治思路。
Based on the classic medical literature of previous dynasties,this paper analyzes the relationship between insomnia and the heart and spleen;summarizes the symptom characteristics of insomnia with both heart and spleen deficiency syndrome;and studies the use of Guipi decoction in traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Additionally,this paper summarizes the diagnosis and management of insomnia with both heart and spleen deficiency syndrome using the Guipi decoction.
