神经外科护理管理中运用风险管理模式的效果

Effect of Applying Risk Management Model in Nursing Management of Neurosurgery

目的分析神经外科护理管理中运用风险管理模式的效果。方法选取2020年1—12月临朐县人民医院神经外科入职的36名医务人员作为研究对象,随机分为常规组和观察组,每组18名,前者给予常规护理管理,后者给予风险护理管理。统计两种管理模式的应用价值。结果管理前两组神经外科护理理论知识、实践操作技能评分及医患沟通能力、应急处理能力、环境管理能力、风险防范能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后观察组神经外科护理理论知识、实践操作技能评分及医患沟通能力、应急处理能力、环境管理能力、风险防范能力评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。职业风险事件发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理人员的服务满意度评价高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科医务人员护理管理中运用风险管理模式,可取得理想的护理管理效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of applying risk management model in nursing management of neurosur⁃gery.Methods 36 medical staff who entered the Neurosurgery department of the People´s Hospital of Linqu County from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into a routine group and an observation group,with 18 in each group.The former was given routine nursing management,and the latter was given risk nursing management.Calculated the application value of two management modes.Results Before man⁃agement,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the scores of Neurosurgery nursing theoretical knowledge,practical operation skill,doctor-patient communication ability,emergency handling ability,en⁃vironmental management ability,and risk prevention ability(P>0.05);after management,the scores of Neurosurgery nursing theoretical knowledge,practical operation skill,doctor-patient communication ability,emergency handling ability,environmental management ability and risk prevention ability in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of occupational risk events was lower than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient´s satis⁃faction evaluation of nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying risk management mode in nursing management of neuro⁃surgical medical staff can achieve ideal nursing management effect.
