摘要
针对人工测试弯曲限制器锁合性能效率精度低、可靠性差、人力成本高且存在安全隐患等问题,提出一种自动化检测方案。重点阐述了上位机软件的设计与实现。使用HALCON机器视觉软件调试算法程序,与C#联合编程上位机软件。上位机调试运行结果表明:该系统各模块能够协同工作,配合上位机软件操作监控,可以在保障安全前提下,提高检测精度,实现弯曲限制器的弯矩载荷与曲率半径的自动化检测,得出的锁合性能参数可为弯曲限制器的优化改进提供参考。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and accuracy,poor reliability,high labor cost and potential safety hazards in manual testing of the locking performance of the bend limiter,an automatic testing scheme is proposed.The design and implementation of the upper computer software is focused on.The algorithm program is debugged using HALCON machine vision software,and the upper computer software is programmed jointly with C#.The debugging and running results of the upper computer show that the modules of the system can work in concert.With the operation and monitoring of the upper computer software,it can improve the detection accuracy and realize the automatic detection of bending moment load and curvature radius of the bend limiter under the condition of ensuring safety.The obtained locking performance parameters can provide a reference for the optimization and improvement of the bend limiter.
