摘要
宁海电厂4^(#)机组深度调峰期间,脱硝装置入口烟温偏低,无法满足脱硝装置投运要求。为响应国家提出的火电机组深度调峰的号召与要求,浙江宁海发电厂4^(#)机组进行基于热水再循环系统应用的全负荷脱硝改造,提高脱硝入口烟气温度,保证SCR系统在并网及以上负荷的正常投运。
During the deep peak regulation of 4^(#)unit in Ninghai Power Plant,the flue gas temperature at the entrance of the denitrification unit is on the low side,which can not meet the operation requirements of the denitrification unit.In order to respond to the call and requirement of deep peak regulation of thermal power units put forward by the state,Unit 4^(#)of Zhejiang Ninghai Power Plant has carried out a full-load denitrification transformation based on the application of hot water recirculation system,which increases the flue gas temperature at the inlet of denitrification and ensures the normal operation of SCR system under grid connection and above load.
