新时代深化高校实验技术队伍改革的探索与实践 被引量:1

摘要 建设符合新时代要求的实验技术队伍是提升高校竞争力的重要方面,也是高校“双一流”师资队伍建设的重要内容。针对实验技术队伍建设中学校重视程度不够、岗位管理不够完善和职业发展机制不够健全等3个方面问题,从加强队伍顶层设计、科学优化岗位管理、构建职业发展长效机制3个层面,探讨新时代高校实验技术队伍改革的建设路径,结合我校的改革实际,介绍实验技术队伍的岗位定编、定责、定岗以及聘任考核、职称评价、教育培训、荣誉体系等方面的改革实践。 The construction of experimental technology team that meets the requirements of the new era is not only a significant aspect of improving the competitiveness of universities,but also an important content of the construction of “Double-First Class” teachers.In view of the three aspects,such as insufficient attention in universities,imperfect post management,and unsound professional development mechanism,this paper discusses the construction path for the reform of the experimental technology team in universities in the new era from the following three aspects:strengthening the top-level design of the team,scientifically optimizing the post management,and building a long-term mechanism for career development.In addition,taking China University of Mining and Technology as an example,it introduces the reform practice of the position allocation,responsibility,post determination,appointment and assessment,title evaluation,education and training,and honor system of the experimental technology team.
