摘要 天然气脱硫系统存在MDEA溶液起泡的现象,导致净化气中的H2S含量超过标准,不仅对环境造成了污染,还会增加MDEA溶液的损耗,从而产生巨大的经济损失。本文对MDEA溶液的起泡机理及起泡原因进行分析,确定MDEA溶液的致泡因素,包括井下的原料气体中有多种杂质、MDEA溶液降解产生杂质、脱硫装置的操作不规范等。致泡因素使得MDEA溶液的表面张力和黏度发生变化,从而使MDEA溶液的起泡性能增大。 The foaming phenomenon of MDEA solution in the natural gas desulfurization system led to the H2S content in the purified gas exceeding the standard,which not only polluted the environment,but also increased the loss of MDEA solution,resulting in huge economic losses.In this paper,the perspective of foaming mechanism and causes of MDEA solution were analyzed.The foaming factors of MDEA solution were:various impurities in the raw gas in the well,degradation impurities of MDEA solution and nonstandard manual operation.Foaming factors changed the surface tension and viscosity of MDEA solution,thus increased the foaming performance of MDEA solution.
