摘要 因辣椒—疫霉菌互作的分子机制解析是抗性育种的基础,本文从辣椒疫霉菌的宿主和辣椒病害症状、疫霉菌致病因子及其致病机制、辣椒疫病抗性相关基因和抗性网络研究等3个方面综述了近年来辣椒—疫霉菌互作机制的研究进展,以期为进一步深入解析其分子机制提供理论参考。 The molecular mechanism study of Capsicum-P.capsici interaction is the basis of resistance breeding.In this paper,the research progress of the interaction mechanism between pepper and P.capsici in recent years was reviewed from three aspects:host and disease symptoms of pepper,pathogenic factors and mechanism of P.capsici,genes related to resistance of P.capsici and resistance network,which is expected to provide theoretical reference for further study of the molecular mechanism of pepper-P.capsici interaction.
