肺力咳合剂联合头孢呋辛钠治疗儿童支气管肺炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Feilike Mixture Combined with Cefuroxime Sodium in the Treatment of Children with Bronchial Pneumonia

目的探讨肺力咳合剂联合头孢呋辛钠治疗儿童支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法102例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为两组各51例。对照组采用头孢呋辛钠治疗,观察组采用肺力咳合剂联合头孢呋辛钠治疗。比较两组的临床疗效,血清炎性因子(IL-6、CRP、PCT)水平及不良反应。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为98.04%,高于对照组的74.51%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的IL-6、CRP及PCT水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(9.80%vs.5.88%,P>0.05)。结论肺力咳合剂联合头孢呋辛钠治疗儿童支气管肺炎的临床效果显著,可降低炎性因子水平,用药安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Feilike mixture combined with cefuroxime sodium in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods 102 children with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefuroxime sodium,and the observation group was treated with Feilike mixture combined with cefuroxime sodium.The clinical efficacy,levels of serum inflammatory factors(IL-6,CRP,PCT)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.04%,higher than 74.51%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP and PCT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,no significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(9.80%vs.5.88%,P>0.05).Conclusions Feilike mixture combined with cefuroxime sodium in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia has significant clinical effect and high medication safety in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia,and can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.
