基于人文理念的细节化护理对重症肺炎患者肺功能与不良事件风险的影响

Impact of Detailed Nursing Based on Humanistic Concept on Lung Function and Risk of Adverse Events in Patients with Severe Pneumonia

目的探讨基于人文理念的细节化护理对重症肺炎患者肺功能与不良事件风险的影响。方法80例重症肺炎患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于人文理念的细节化护理,比较两组的临床症状恢复时间、肺功能与不良事件。结果观察组的喘息消退时间、退热时间、肺部湿啰音消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于人文理念的细节化护理可缩短重症肺炎患者的临床症状恢复时间,改善肺功能,降低不良事件风险。

Objective To explore the impact of detailed nursing based on humanistic concept on lung function and risk of adverse events in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods 80 patients with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received detailed nursing based on humanistic concept.The recovery time of clinical symptoms,lung function and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The extinction time of wheezing,antipyretic time and extinction time of lung moist rales in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the FVC,FEV_(1),and FEV_(1)/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Detailed nursing based on humanistic concept can shorten the recovery time of clinical symptoms,improve lung function and reduce the risk of adverse events in patients with severe pneumonia.
