摘要
曲轴油孔空间角度复杂,在进行曲轴油孔加工中心自主改造过程中,容易发生油孔钻断刀、主轴撞夹具等情况。对此,使用加工仿真软件构建曲轴油孔加工中心仿真平台,模拟加工实际情况,优化数控程序,检查碰撞、干涉等。通过加工仿真,可以提前预测可能出现的碰撞,有助于加工程序优化、夹具设计、刀具选用,确保曲轴油孔加工中心自主改造后的运行可靠性与安全性,提高调试效率,缩短改造周期。
The space angle of the crankshaft oil hole is complex,and in the process of independent transformation of the crankshaft oil hole machining center,it is easy to occur broken oil hole drilling knife,collision of spindle and fixture and other situations.In this regard,the machining simulation software was used to build the simulation platform for crankshaft oil hole machining center to simulate the actual machining situation,optimize the numerical control program,and check the collision and interference.Through machining simulation,possible collision can be predicted in advance,which helps to optimize machining program,fixture design,tool selection,ensure the operational reliability and safety of the crankshaft oil hole machining center after independent transformation,improve debugging efficiency,and shorten the transformation cycle.
