摘要 智能换电柜面向骑手、快递员等高频换电人群,可解决电池续航短、室内充电安全隐患大等问题。换电柜可减少电池的充电时间,提高换电效率,同时集中充电,减少充电的安全隐患。系统由主控一体机、检测板、仓控板、充电模块、电池、传感器组成。系统内部通过CAN总线组成局域网,实现对电池的智能充电;系统外部与云服务器通信,实现换电业务。从硬件和软件两个方面讨论方案设计。使用自定义的CAN通信协议和数据流向保证数据的准确性。实验结果证明,CAN局域网通信稳定,智能换电柜系统保证换电和充电业务的正确性,传感器及时触发,系统断电保证系统安全性。 The intelligent battery exchange cabinet system is composed of a main control machine,a detection board,multiple warehouse control boards,multiple charging modules,multiple batteries and multiple sensors.The internal system uses CAN bus to form a local area network to realize the intelligent charging of the battery.The external system communicates with the cloud server to realize the battery exchange business.The scheme design is discussed from two aspects of hardware and software.The customized CAN communication protocol and data flow direction are used to ensure the accuracy of data.
