摘要
以上海市某污水泵站为研究对象,对污水截流泵房的格栅井、集水池和污水出水压力井进行除臭设计,采用离子氧除臭工艺,除臭系统由离子送风系统和臭气集中处理系统两部分组成,设计规模为27000 m^(3)/h,通风换气次数为12次/h。结果表明,污水泵站经过除臭处理后,泵站运行过程中厂界的氨、硫化氢和臭气监测浓度满足DB 31/1025—2016《恶臭(异味)污染物排放标准》排放限值要求,有效降低臭气对周边环境的不利影响;且除臭工艺具有流程短和运行管理方便等特点,可为类似的污水泵站除臭系统建设提供案例参考。
Taking a sewage pump station in Shanghai as the research object,a deodorization design is carried out for the grid well,collection tank,and sewage outlet pressure well of the sewage interception pump room.The ion oxygen deodorization process is adopted,and the deodorization system is composed of two parts:an ion air supply system&an odor centralized treatment system.The design scale is 27000 m^(3)/h,and the ventilation rate is 12 times/h.The results show that after deodorization treatment,the monitoring concentrations of ammonia,hydrogen sulfide&odor at the factory boundary during the operation of the sewage pumping station meet the emission limit requirements of DB 31/1025—2016 Odor(Unpleasant Odor)Pollutant Emission Standard,effectively reducing the adverse impact of odor on the surrounding environment;and the deodorization process has the characteristics of short process&convenient operation management,which can provide a case reference for the construction of similar sewage pumping station deodorization systems.
