摘要
管道运输是目前大规模、长距离输送石油及天然气的主要方式,我国长输油气管道中服役时间超过20 a的接近60%,随着服役时间的增加,管道出现泄漏的风险也在逐渐增大。各管道建设单位和科研院所开始重视长输油气管道内检测技术的研究。基于此,介绍了管道内外检测技术的主要方法、基本原理和特点,对国内外最新的研究成果进行了总结,指出未来的检测技术应与人工智能和大数据等相结合。
Pipeline transportation is the main way to transport oil and natural gas over long distances on a large scale at present,and nearly 60%of long-distance oil and gas pipelines in China have been in service for more than 20 years.As service time increases,the risk of pipeline leakage also gradually rises.As a result,the internal inspection technology for long-distance oil and gas pipelines is highlighted by pipeline construction units and research institutes.Therefore,the main methods,basic principles,and characteristics of internal and external pipeline inspection technologies are introduced in this paper,and the latest research results in China and abroad are summarized.This paper also points out that future inspection technologies should combine artificial intelligence and big data.
