摘要
文章对高品位冰铜旋浮熔炼中铅元素的分布行为进行了理论分析和生产数据分析,考察了冰铜品位、铁硅比及沉浸渣温对铅分布的影响。理论分析表明:铅在冰铜中主要以PbS形式存在,熔炼渣中以硅酸铅等形式存在,烟气中铅应以PbS等形式存在。生产数据分析表明:原料中铅含量与铅分布有较大影响;为增加渣中铅分配率,可采取降低铁硅比,为提高铅脱除率或降低冰铜中铅含量,可采取提高冰铜品位、提高冶炼温度;通过对实际规律的总结分析,对后续生产过程中铅的控制具有一定的指导意义和应用价值。
In this paper,the distribution behavior of lead in high grade matte flotation smelting was analyzed theoretically and the production data were analyzed.The effects of matte grade,iron-silicon ratio and immersion slag temperature on the distribution of lead were investigated.The theoretical analysis shows that lead exists mainly in the form of PbS in matte,lead silicate in smelting slag,and lead in flue gas in the form of PbS.The analysis of production data shows that the lead content in raw materials has a great influence on the lead distribution.To increase the lead distribution in slag,the ratio of iron to silicon can be reduced.To increase the lead removal rate or reduce the lead content in matte,the matte grade and smelting temperature can be increased.Through the summary and analysis of the actual rules,it has certain guiding significance and application value for the control of lead in the subsequent production process.
