摘要
为了解甘孜州高山栎(Quercus semecarpifolia Sm.)和柏木(Cupressus funebris Endl.)叶片及根际土壤总有机碳(TOC)和易氧化有机碳(ROC)含量相关特征,本研究采集甘孜州内高山栎天然林和柏木天然林叶片和根际土壤,分析其TOC和ROC含量。研究结果表明,(1)柏木林下根际土壤TOC含量和ROC含量均显著高于高山栎,柏木和高山栎根际土壤的TOC含量均显著高于ROC含量(P<0.05)。柏木根际土壤碳稳定性高于高山栎根际土壤。(2)高山栎叶片的TOC含量和ROC含量显著高于柏木(P<0.05)。柏木和高山栎叶片的TOC含量均显著高于ROC含量(P<0.05)。(3)高山栎叶片TOC和ROC含量与高山栎根际土壤TOC和ROC含量呈负相关,柏木叶片TOC与柏木根际土壤TOC和ROC含量呈正相关,柏木叶片ROC和柏木根际土壤TOC和ROC含量呈负相关,均未达到显著性相关水平。
In order to understand the correlation characteristics of total organic carbon(TOC)and readily oxidizable organic carbon(ROC)contents in leaves and rhizosphere soils of Quercus semecarpifolia Sm.and Cupressus funebris Endl.in Ganzi Prefecture,the leaves and rhizosphere soils of Quercus semecarpifolia Sm.and Cupressus funebris Endl.in Ganzi Prefecture were collected,and their TOC and ROC contents were analyzed.the results show that:(1)The contents of TOC and ROC in the rhizosphere soil of Cupressus funebris were significantly higher than those of Quercus semecarpifolia,and the contents of TOC in the rhizosphere soil of Cupressus funebris and Quercus semecarpifolia were significantly higher than those of ROC(P<0.05).The carbon stability of cypress rhizosphere soil was higher than that of alpine oak rhizosphere soil.(2)The TOC content and ROC content of Quercus semecarpifolia leaves were significantly higher than those of Cupressus funebris(P<0.05).The content of TOC in the leaves of Cupressus funebris and Quercus semecarpifolia was significantly higher than that of ROC(P<0.05).(3)The content of TOC and ROC in the leaves of Quercus semecarpifolia was negatively correlated with the content of TOC and ROC in the rhizosphere soil of Quercus semecarpifolia.The content of TOC in the leaves of Cupressus funebris was positively correlated with the content of TOC and ROC in the rhizosphere soil of Cupressus funebris.
