摘要
目的分析襄阳职业技术学院附属医院2020年4月至2022年4月329例2019-nCoV特异性抗体阳性结果。方法回顾性分析329例2019-nCoV特异性抗体阳性结果,分析阳性标本数量、抗体种类(IgG和IgM)、年龄、性别等。结果抗体总阳性率为4.20%(329/7829),2020年抗体阳性率为0.6%(26/3778),2021年抗体阳性率为3.40%(123/3546),2022年抗体阳性率为35.60%(180/505)。IgG阳性率为86.62%(285/329),IgM阳性率为14.59%(48/329),IgG和IgM双阳性率为4.56%(15/329)。60岁以下人群抗体阳性率58.36%(192/329),60~69岁人群抗体阳性率20.36%(67/329),70~79岁人群抗体阳性率14.89%(49/329),80岁以上人群抗体阳性率6.38%(21/329)。男性阳性率51.67%(170/329),女性阳性率48.33%(159/329)。结论2020年4月至2022年4月襄阳职业技术学院附属医院患者2019-nCoV特异性抗体阳性率呈上升趋势,与新冠疫苗的接种情况相一致。IgG抗体阳性率远高于IgM抗体阳性率;不同年龄段抗体阳性率差异较大,60岁以下人群远高于60岁以上人群,且随着年龄段增加抗体阳性率呈下降趋势;不同性别间阳性率差异没有统计学意义。
Objective To analyze the positive results of 2019-nCoV specific antibody in 329 cases from April 2020 to April 2022 in our hospital.Methods The positive results of 329 cases of 2019-nCoV antibody positive from April 2020 to April 2022 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,including the number of positive samples,types of antibodies(IgG and IgM),age and sex.Results The total antibody positive rate was 4.20%(329/7829),0.6%(26/3778)in 2020,3.40%(123/3546)in 2021 and 35.60%(180/505)in 2022.The positive rates of IgG,IgM and both IgG and IgM were 86.62%(285/329),14.59%(48/329)and 4.56%(15/329)respectively.The antibody positive rate of people under 60 years old was 58.36%(192/329),20.36%(67/329),14.89%(49/329)and 6.38%(21/329),respectively.The positive rate was 51.67%(170/329)in males and 48.33%(159/329)in females.Conclusion From 2020 to 2022,the positive rate of 2019nCoV specific antibody in patients in our hospital showed an upward trend,which was consistent with the vaccination situation of COVID-19 vaccine.The positive rate of IgG antibody is much higher than that of IgM antibody.The positive rate of antibody varies greatly in different age groups.People under 60 years old are much higher than those over 60 years old,and the positive rate of antibody decreases with the increase of age groups.There was no significant difference in the positive rate between different sexes.
