摘要
针对通过现有技术无法对曲轴斜油孔进行单独评价的问题,设计了一种曲轴斜油孔清洁度单独测试装置。介绍了这一装置的结构和操作步骤。这一装置采用一托一顶的夹紧方式,对曲轴定位。采用固定在支撑杆上开有对应油孔位置的抱箍结构,方便可靠地对单独一组斜油孔的清洁度进行测试。通过更换不同规格的支撑杆和不同直径的黄铜套,能够适应所有型号曲轴连杆颈升程和轴径。
Aiming at the problem that a crankshaft inclined oil hole cannot be evaluated separately through the existing technology,a separate test device for the cleanliness of the crankshaft inclined oil hole was designed.The structure and operation steps of this device were introduced.This device adopts a clamping method of one support and one top to position the crankshaft.The clamp structure fixed on the support rod with the corresponding oil hole position is adopted,which is convenient and reliable to test the cleanliness of a single set of inclined oil holes.By replacing different sizes of support rods and brass sleeves of different diameters,it can adapt to connecting rod neck lift and shaft diameter of all models of crankshaft.
