海军官兵感官学习风格常模的构建与分析

摘要 目的建立海军官兵感官学习风格常模,为职业教育、继续教育教学工作提供参考。方法于2021年3—6月向海军各战区发放感官学习问卷量表10000份,有效回收8124份,共纳入8124名官兵作为调查对象,应用VARK7.0版问卷量表调查海军官兵感官学习风格类型分布、倾向重数和风格强度。分析海军官兵感官学习风格类型分布,并比较不同海军官兵感官学习风格类型;比较不同海军官兵感官学习风格倾向重数评分、感官学习风格强度评分。结果8124名官兵海军官兵感官学习风格类型主要是VARK型(43.6%),其次是听觉(A)型(13.0%),再次是听觉、读写、运动实践(ARK)型(7.8%)、运动实践(K)型(7.5%)、读写(R)型(7.1%)等。不同性别海军官兵感官学习风格类型比较差异无统计学意义;不同单位类型、身份、工作性质、单位性质、兵种海军官兵感官学习风格类型比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。8124名海军官兵感官学习风格倾向重数评分为(2.71±1.29)分;不同性别、单位性质海军官兵感官学习风格倾向重数评分比较差异无统计学意义,不同单位性质、身份、工作性质、兵种海军官兵感官学习风格倾向重数评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。8124名海军官兵感官学习风格强度评分为(0.53±0.95)分;不同性别、身份、单位性质海军官兵感官学习风格强度评分比较差异无统计学意义,不同单位类型、工作性质、兵种海军官兵感官学习风格强度评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论构建海军官兵感官学习风格常模(风格类型、倾向重数、强度)具有科学性,海军官兵感官学习风格主要以VARK、A型为主,倾向重数在两重到三重之间,强度不明显,常模受性别外的一般人口学因素的影响。 Objective To establish the sensory learning style norm of naval officers and soldiers and provide reference for vocational education and continuing education.Methods A total of 10000 sensory learning questionnaires were distributed to all theater commands of the navy from March to June 2021,among which 8124 officers and soldiers were included as the survey subjects,VARK 7.0 questionnaire was used to investigate the distribution of sensory learning style types,tendency multiplicity and style intensity of naval officers and soldiers.The distribution of sensory learning styles of naval officers and sailors was analyzed,and the sensory learning styles among the different naval officers and sailors were compared;the scores of sensory learning style tendency multiplicity and the scores of sensory learning style intensity among the different navy officers and soldiers were compared.Results Among the 8124 naval officers and soldiers,the main sensory learning styles type was VARK(43.6%),followed by aural(A)type(13.0%),aural,read/write,kinesthetic(ARK)type(7.8%),kinesthetic(K)type(7.5%),read/write(R)type(7.1%),etc.There was no significant difference in sensory learning styles among naval officers and soldiers of different genders;there were statistically significant differences in sensory learning styles among naval officers and soldiers of different unit types,identities,work nature,unit nature and arm of the services(P<0.05).The scores of sensory learning style tendency multiplicity in 8124 naval officers and sailors was(2.71±1.29)scores;there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of sensory learning style tendency multiplicity among naval officers and soldiers of different genders and units nature,there were statistically significant differences in the scores of sensory learning style tendency multiplicity among naval officers and soldiers of different unit types,identities,work nature and arms of the services(P<0.05).The scores of sensory learning style intensity of 8124 naval officers and sailors was(0.53±0.95)scores;there was no significant difference in the scores of sensory learning style intensity among officers and soldiers with different gender,identity and unit nature,and there were significant differences in the scores of sensory learning style intensity among officers and soldiers with different unit types,work nature and arms of the services(P<0.05).Conclusion The constructed sensory learning style norm(learning style type,tendency multiplicity,intensity)of naval officers and soldiers are scientific,the dominant sensory learning styles of naval officers and soldiers are VARK and A;the tendency multiplicity is between double and triple;and the overall intensity is not obvious,and the norms are affected by general demographic factors other than gender.
