延安时期中国共产党调查研究组织机构的历史考察及其成效经验研究

Historical Investigation and Effectiveness Experience Research of the Investigation and Research Organization of the Communist Party of China in Yan'an Period

延安时期,在大兴调查研究之风的背景下,分别成立了负责材料搜集的调查研究局(室)、材料分析和加工的研究院(室)、军事情报搜集和整理的情报机构以及深入基层广泛调查的调查(考察)团等调查研究组织机构,不同类别的调查研究机构既分工明确、各司其职,又紧密配合、团结协作。其不仅为延安时期调查研究工作顺利高效开展和党领导的智库建设起步发挥了重大作用,也为新时代继续加强调查研究、提高调查研究水平和成效提供了历史镜鉴。

During the Yan'an period,under the background of the great trend of investigation and research,investigation and research organizations such as the investigation and research bureau(office)responsible for material collection,the research institute(office)for material analysis and processing,the intelligence agency for military intelligence collection and sorting,and the investigation group for extensive investigation at the grassroots level were established respectively.Different types of research institutions not only have a clear division of labor,each performs its own duties,but also cooperate closely and work together.It not only played an important role in the smooth and efficient development of the investigation and research work in the Yan'an period and the start of the construction of think tanks led by the Party,but also provided a historical mirror for continuing to strengthen the investigation and research in the new era and improving the level and effectiveness of the investigation and research.
