摘要
某矿5201综采工作面开采后引起的覆岩导水裂隙高度为40.2~42.9 m,而采面与上覆3号煤层3101、3102采空区层间距仅为22.0~29.2 m,采空区积水会给5201综采工作面后续回采带来较大安全威胁。为解决5201综采工作面回采期间上覆3101、3102采空区积水问题,综合已有物探、钻探方法及3号煤层相关资料,确定3101、3102采空区底板标高最低处为采空区靠近5201回风巷80 m处,并提出通过疏排方式疏干采空区积水,依据现场情况确定5201综采工作面疏排水钻孔布置方案。经过疏排后,5201综采工作面在回采前及回采中经物探及钻探均未探测到上覆采空区积水,且采面回采期间顶板未出现淋水现象,取得较好的应用效果。
The height of water conducting cracks in the overlying rock caused by the mining of the 5201 fully mechanized mining face of a mine is 40.2~42.9 meters,while the distance between the mining face and the 3101 and 3102 goaf layers of the overlying 3#coal seam is only 22.0~29.2 meters.The accumulated water in the goaf will pose a significant safety threat to the subsequent mining of the 5201 fully mechanized mining face.In order to solve the problem of water accumulation in the overlying 3101 and 3102 goaf during the mining period of the 5201 fully mechanized mining face,based on the existing geophysical exploration,drilling,and relevant data of the 3#coal seam,it is determined that the lowest elevation of the bottom plate of the 3101 and 3102 goaf is located 80 meters near the 5201 return air roadway.It is proposed to drain the water in the goaf through drainage methods,and the layout plan of drainage boreholes in the 5201 fully mechanized mining face is determined based on the on-site situation.After drainage,no water accumulation in the overlying goaf was detected by geophysical exploration and drilling before and during the mining process of the 5201 fully mechanized mining face,and there was no water leakage on the roof during the mining process,achieving good application results.
